Our Administration Manager, Justine, will be able to help you with items such as payroll and invoicing. Justine has over 7 years in the healthcare industry. Justine is also a life coach and believes that no matter where you are in life you can always change and move forward.
Our Bookings Manager, Lauren, has over 10 years experience in this industry, loves travel, food, music & sport. She has spent over 6 years in the UK working in both recruitment and call centres. She has a passion for customer service and knows how important it is to both our clients and staff.
Our Bookings Team Member, Rebecca, has over 10 years experience in this industry, loves cats, wine & her husband Robbie. She is a midwife by trade and has a special place in her heart for all things ‘healthcare’.
Anny has come from a hospitality background and has spent the last three years working in Healthcare Recruitment in Adelaide. Both industries are all about the wellbeing of people and this is something that she loves – looking after people.
Cathy has been in the healthcare industry as a nurse for 20 years, working in London, Sydney and Adelaide. She developed a nursing agency in SA from origin to a successful business and she thrives on the challenge of doing it again – but even better this time. She’s looking forward to assisting people as part of an enjoyable experience of being with Kemp Recruitment.
Caroline has come from a day surgery administration role in NSW where she has had great experience with customer service and the daily “goings on” of the facility. Caroline has now joined the Victorian team to help with the rapid growth of the Victorian market.
Kate is our multi skilled customer service and resident actress. She joined the team in 2014 and has become our weekend and after hours master. Kate has furry babies and never complains about the phone ringing at all hours of the night.
Jo is our leader in Victoria and is studying to become an RN, she has come from 10 years experience in the agency game. Jo is a wife and mother of one and soon will be even busier with another bundle of joy on the way. She is currently on maternity leave and will be returning in February 2017.
Eliza is a new addition to the team with experience in customer service, she has fury babies and a can bend it like Beckham on the soccer field. Eliza is able to problem solve quickly and has a wicked sense of humour.
Bina has recently joined our Victorian team as State Manager, after running her own agency for over 10 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about nursing, having worked as an RN and in Critical Care areas. She enjoys walking her dog Max, watching movies, travelling and meeting new people.
Carly has over 10 years experience in operating theatres on the floor and as a manager. She understands the importance of agency staff from a client and staff perspective. Carly has great knowledge of the dynamics of a healthcare facility. She has a passion for the operating theatre.
Our Bookings Team Member, Krista, has over 7 years experience in this industry. She is a registered nurse by trade with experience across a wide range of specialties.
Bronte is one of the newest members of the Administration team. She is currently undertaking a business degree at university and has experience in customer service. Bronte enjoys travelling and is always happy to take your calls.
Rebecca H has returned to Australia after 7 years overseas and is still learning her way around Sydney suburbs. Whether in the office or after hours she is always ready to take your call.
Simon has recently joined Kemp Recruitment in administration. He is studying a Bachelor of Commerce and will work hard to meet your needs.
